By what authority have you published this site?

This site was launched and is maintained by an individual - albeit with welcome support from many within the profession.  No authorisation or permission from anyone is required to publish a site like this.  The reasons for doing so are clearly stated on the home page

How has the profession responded to the site?

Although its early days the messages received so far have been very supportive

Can you give some advise on how to bring a complaint?

We are currently developing content to help people do just that.  At the moment we have some suggested text that you can use as the basis for a letter of complaint to the DOH regarding misuse of the NHS Logo - click here
